Customs Officers Shoot Man in the Head for Smuggling in Bags of Rice

According to a source, this happened yesterday afternoon February 28th at Illela Road, Sokoto. The driver of the vehicle was allegedly shot dead by customs officers as he smuggled bags of rice. He refused to stop when asked to...which allegedly resulted to his vehicle being shot at.
